COPY CERTIFICATION
Please note that a notary is not permitted to notarize certain documents such as vital records. In some instances, a notary can notarize a written statement of the owner of the document who certifies the validity of the copy.
GENERAL NOTARY
General notary work includes mobile appointments to a customer's place of business or home. In addition, a notary may travel to an assisted living facility, hospital, rehabilitation center, or jail.
REAL ESTATE & ESTATE PLANNING
Whether a client purchases, sells refinances real estate, or needs estate documents notarized they meet with a notary who will navigate them through the process.
NOTARY COACHING
As in most fields, training is important. Kosak Mobile Notary offers several training programs fitting the needs of new notaries and those interested in joining the profession.

Error Free Or It's On Me!
We guarantee there will be no errors in the notarization of your document.
Each signer will be identified by use of an unexpired government issued ID.
The document will be signed and/or acknowledged in the presence of a notary.
When applicable, a sworn oath or affirmation attesting to the truthfulness of the document will be given.
Prior to leaving the table, documents will be checked twice to verify that all dates, signatures, and notary stamp have been applied.
When returning documents to title or lender, documents will be dropped at a staffed FedEx or UPS office/store and a receipt will be retained.
